Saudi Arabia Launches ‘Nusuk Umrah’ Platform for Direct Visa and Service Access Without Middlemen
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has unveiled a new digital platform, “Nusuk Umrah,” designed to simplify the process for Muslims around the world seeking to perform Umrah. The service, accessible at umrah.nusuk.sa, enables pilgrims to apply directly for Umrah visas and book travel packages electronically, eliminating the need for intermediaries.
According to the ministry, the all-in-one platform offers a broad range of options, allowing pilgrims to either purchase integrated packages or select individual services such as visas, accommodation, transportation, guided cultural tours, and other support services. It also gives users the ability to customise packages to suit personal schedules and budgets.
The platform supports seven languages and is fully integrated with government systems, ensuring seamless digital processing from application to visa issuance. In addition, it offers multiple secure payment options for international users, streamlining every stage of the journey.
By making the Umrah process more direct, transparent, and flexible, Saudi Arabia aims to further its Vision 2030 strategy, which prioritises improved pilgrimage services and expanding the Kingdom’s capacity to welcome millions of Muslims in safety and comfort each year.
“This service represents a major step toward creating a smooth, efficient, and user-centered experience for pilgrims,” the ministry noted in its statement.
With ‘Nusuk Umrah,’ prospective pilgrims worldwide can now plan their spiritual journey to the Kingdom with greater convenience, clarity, and independence than ever before.
